ROOSEVELT'S EULOGY. Received March 17, 9 a.m. CAIRO, March 16. Ex-President Roosevelt (who has been hunting in South Africa) with his wife and daughter is staying at the Palace in Khartoum. He inspected tho battlefields round tho city and addressed the students oi College. The ex-President said he was greatly impressed with the wonderful results of British rule in Egypt juid particularly with the palatial houses anu gardens of Khartoum.
