Tho local agouta for tho Waratab 6tato that they have become reconciled to the theory that tho steamer is drifting out of tho beaten track of vessels, but they have little doubt of her ultimate reappearance. RAISING THE INSURANCE. Received August 13, 8.55 a.m _ LONDON, Aug. 12. The vessols Forto, Hermes and Geelong.are continuing tho search for tho Waratah, and tho cruiser Pandora will renew it on Monday. The reinsurance on the missing vessel is now 80 guineas, the highost ever paid on a vessel of her size. The underwriters suggost that she may have a broken propeller or ruddor, instancing tho case or tho Waiknto, which was missing for so long a time.
