MR WRAGCSE'S PREDICTION. SEISMIC DISTURBANCES. Mr Clement Wragge, the eminent astronomer and meteorologist, whose lectures and interview in Gore caused Midi groat interest, forwards the following to us from Otautau:— "A huge storm is now raging in tho sun, its area being about 30,000 miles in diameter. "Seismic, magnotio and other disturbances may bo expected in various parts of the world, and readers should watch the cablegrams during the next 10 days."
