On the motion of Messrs W. Dillon and John Redmond the Houso of Commons resolved that tho Duke of Norfolk was guilty of a breach of privilege J in writing to Mr A. Profumo, unionist candidate for the High Peak by-elec-tion, in tho interests of Catholic schools. Mr Asquitli, ill view of tile sessional order, said that, tho House of Commons would bo stultifying itself if it" did not take notice of the matter. Mr A. J.
