INTERCHANGE OF FLAGS.
rKH tTWITEn VIfPSS ASSOCIATION. CHIUSTCHI'RCH, July 22. Acting on tho suggestion of the New South AValcs Defence League. Mr Cooksou, master of the Lincoln districtschool, sent n flag to the Mayor of Lincoln (England) and received a flag in exchange. The latter flag was unfurled yesterday with great eclat at -tho Lincoln (Canterbury) school. Much enthusiasm was shown and many patriotic speeches were given at a 'great gathering of children and local adults.
