BRITAIN'S NAVAL POWER. LONDON, July IS. The great naval review began in brilliant weather. Over 100,000 spectators assembled, ] and the Southend Street pier was al-1 most impassable. Tho crowds on Victoria Embankment to sco tho submarines and torpedoes recalled the Coronation assemblage. Thousands hud never previously seen a battleship. The steamers viewing the fleet were packed with excursionists. The bluejackets acled as guides to the public inspecting the warships, and cuttors were used to convey them to and from the shore. Tho sailors and marines attended special church parades ashore this morning. Tho smaller towns on the riverside aro arranging for entertainments on a generous scale.
