Mackenzie, ' Alter the retirement of Mr Humphries (Surveyor-General,) his Department will be absorbed by thti Lands Department. Tho Prison* Department will become a brunch of the Department of Justice, and State fire and accident insurance will bo permanently amalgamated with the Government Life Insurance Department.
