Austria is emphasising her reply u> Servia by raising ots battalions in Bosnia to a war footing, equivalent to adding 10,000 men to tho uruiy. Baron von Aehrenthnl. Aust n.ill Minister of Foreign Affairs, announced that- when Servia assured Austria of her intention to maintain peaceful relations he would be prepared to negotiate for a renewal of tho commercial treaty expiring on March 31.
