C. Mcllroy, of Otama, his wellknown farm of 193 acres to Mr J. A. Baldey, late of Branxholme, at a very satisfactory price to both parties. This farm is one of the best in the splendid Otama district. It is all clean, deep river-bed land and grows very heavy crops of both oats and wheat, in addition to which the ryegrass sold off it always realises top prices ; while the buildings (and the condition oi the farm generally) leave nothing to be desired. Mr Baldey is to be congratulated upon securing such a good property, which no doubt will prove a capital investment to him.
