McKay (Invercargili) : secretary, Mr Craig (re-elected) ; auditor. Mr Ritchie (re-elected^. The lift-In. annual report, which was adopted, congratulated the Association on its prosperity. Three clubs had been affiliated during the p&st year—viz., Ci-ntral Otago, Motu.'!;;!, Waiuica— .and Matuma had applied far affiliation.
