The Second Division of this Court of Session (Edinburgh) has declared that the late-Marquis of Bute's bequest of £io,ooo to the Roman Catholic dioceses of Argyle, Galloway, has laps.-d owing to the inability of the bishops to comply with the conditions of the will. The present Marquis' claim to the whole, fund was therefore sustained.
