BURNSIDE STOCK MABKET. Fat Cattle—lso head yarded. Competition low, and lower rates bad to be accepted. Best bullocks £9 10s to £ll, good £8 to £9 as, best cows and heifers £8 to £9, good £6 to £7 10s. Best averaged 30s per 1001b. Fat Sheep—lso6 penned. Competition was rather dull, and prices somewhat lower. Best wethers 17s 6d to 19s, good 15s Gd to 17s, best ewes 16s to 18s Od—a few up to 20s, good 13s Od to las 6d. Lambs, best lis Gd to 13s 3d, good 9s (id to lis, others 7s Od. Pigs—62 penned. Bidding was very brisk at high prices. Suckers 10s to 21s, stores to 30s, porkers 3Gs to 425, baconers 50s to 60s Od, heavy pigs up to 80s.
