PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that at a Special Meeting of the Council of the Borough of Gore, held in the Council Chambers, Mersey Street, Gore, on Monday, the 14th day of April, 1902, at 8 o'clock p.m., the following Resolution, to take effect as a Special Order, was duly passed:— It is hereby resolved by way of special order, that tba Counc.l of the Borough of Gore do raise by way of special loan for the purposes set out in the iirst column of the schedule hereto, the amounts set opposite the said respective items in the second column of the said schedule, and the security for the payment of the interest and sinking fund on the said loans be (in addition to the undi rtakings and all profits thereof) tho several special rates respectively mentioned in the third column of the said schedule, and that the Council of the Borough of Gore be authorised to issue debentures having a currency of Twenty-live Years, bearing interest at the rate of Four Pounds Ten Shillings (£-1 10s) per centum per annum, with a sinking fund of One Pound (£1) per centum per am,um. AND it is heieby further resolved by way of special order that special ratei of the amounts set out in the said third column be and the same are hereby made, and that the said special rates be payable in one sum on the first day of September in each year until the said loan is paid oil.
