Mr Bell has already occupied that position. l)unedin telegram : " The weather has gone from bad to worse, and the snow which has been lying on (he hills surrounding the city for three day3 is unprecedented at this time of the year." Although Lady Glasgow's condition continues serious, the symptoms are more favorable, and it is hoped there will be soon some decided improvement, but her progress to recovery will be slow.
