Warden's Court.
WAIKAIA. TUESDAY, 7TH jANOiSY, 1895. (Before K. S. Hawkins, Esq., Warden.) Tbe following applications were granted : — W. S". Boyer, water race in Molvor's Gully, near CUttle Fiat ; A. Farmes, water race and dam at Nokomai ; Chow Ohong, dam at Waikaia ; Wm. Boyer, jun., an extended claim of one acre and a dam at Nokomai ; Alfred Arnold, dam at Nokomai ; A. Arnold and John Boyer, protection for 60 days for claim at Nokomai. An application by J. H. Chester and A. Arnold for a water-race at Nokomai was withdrawn, Arnold's name having been signed without his consent, and another application by J, H. Chester for a water-race at Nokomai was objected to by A. Arnold, who stated the notices had not been duly posted. The application was refused. John Brown applied to register two transfers of sbares in tbe Argyle Water Race 00. More than SO days having elapsed since the signing of the transfers, an order was made for registration on payment of a fine of L 2 on each transfer. •
