Take notice that we require the dividing fence between section 11 and sections 12 and 16, block 23., East Gore, censtructed at once : feace to consist of single ditck and two soils, stakes, two barbed wires, and two plain wires. The following have been approved by the Wyndham Town Board as additional clauseb to Bye-law No. II: — Any person guilty of the following acts* offences, omissions, or neglects, within the Town District of Wyndham, shall, on conviction, be liable to pay a penalty not exceeding Five Pounds sterling (£5). Riding, driving, or leading any animal, or wheeling any barrow, cart, dray, o carriage upon or along any footpath with out the permission of the Town Board. Furiously or negligently riding or driving any animal through any public place street, or thoroughfare. Exposing in any public, street or thoroughfare except in any fair or market lawfully appointed for that purpose, any horse o other animal for show or sale. Leaving upon any public street or thorough fare any plough, harrow, cart or othe ; vehicle, without any horse or other other animal harnessed thereto. And the following has been approved a g an additional Bye-law (No. IX) :— Any person guilty of any of the acts, offences omissions, or neglects mentioned in any of the following sections shall, on conviction, be liable to pay a penalty not exceeding Five Pounds sterling (£5). 1 . Permitting any cart to stand or ply f o hire within the Town District withouj having a license in force for such cart licensing or authorising such standing or plying for hire. 2. The word " cart " shall, for the purpose of these Bye-laws, include every waggon dray, or other such carriage, whatever be its construction, drawn by horses, or other animals, used wholly or chiefly for the carriage of burdens or heavy goods. 3. For every license : for any cart plying jfor hire within the Town District there shal 5 be paid to the Town Clerk the sum' of ( One Pound (£1) annually. Such license > shall not be transferable. vehicle. 5. For every license for any vehicle plying for hire within the Town District there shall be paid to the Town Clerk the sum of Ten Shillings annually.
