In accordance with the provisions of “ The Eoad Boards’ Act, 1882,” “The Counties’ Act, 1886,’’ and the amending Acts of tho same. NOTICE is hereby given that it is tho intention of the Omaka Eoad Board to make a Special Order instituting a Bye-law to the effect that the width of Tires of Yehiclos, plying within the Omaka Eoad District, drawn by throe or moro horses shall not bo less than four and a-half inches.
