Havelock Town Board. NOTICE is hereby given in accordance with Clause 15, of “The Hating Act, 1882,” that it is the intention of the Havelock Town Board to make a Rate of Three Farthings in the £ upon the capital value of Rateable Property as appearing in the Valuation Roll in force for the period commencing on Ist April, 1888, and ending on the 31st day of March, 1889.
