Mr Faure’s proposals to make the consideration of the question of passport reprisals a matter of urgency was defeated by an enormous majority. One of the members of the Chamber of Deputies has introduced a bill to enforeo passport reprisals with Germany. It is believed that the measure was inspired by General Boulanger. Berlin, June 3. The Emperor Frederick has gone to Potsdam.
