At the inquest on the child just killed at Port Chalmers by falling oyer a cliff, a rider was added to tho verdict of accidental death that the fence should be put in proper repair. The boy, with another, was playing near his parents’ residence, and deceased in going after his hat fell over the cliff. CnnisTCHUJicn, April 30. A man named Jas. North died very suddenly at Springston. He was of very steady habits, and had not appeared unwell previously.
