Bst; entrance, o.s ; twice round the y CONSOLATION HANDICAP of 8 sovs. —Twice round the course ; for all horses that have contested in the pi ev'ous races and have not won public money; horses to bo named immediately after the running of tbo Havelock Cup; entrance, 8s; second horse to savo liis stakes. RULES AND REGULATIONS. No on'rv will be received except on the condition 'that all disputes, claims, and objections arising out of the racing shall be'decided by the Stewards, or whom they may appoint, their decision on all points connected with carrying out this Programme to be final. Any person entering a protest shall deposit with the Secretary £2 2s, and this .■-mil shall he absolutely forfeited to tho Priori is Jockey fund if' the Stewards find such protest was a frivolous one. No person, allowed to enter a horse unless a subscriber of one pound to the raco fund. District horso shall mean any horse that has been resident in the Pelorus Riding i ir three consecutivo months previous to the race meeting and owned by a person who lias resided in tho said riding during ie same period.
