I HERE BY give notice that under the above - mentioned Writ, issued at the suit of John i Grey Trevor, of Awatere, Gentle- [ man, I have taken into execution all that portion of land containing an admeasurement of five acres, more or less, and being part of section 30, Omaka, bounded on the North 500 links by Public Road, on the East 1000 links by part of said section 30, and on the West 1000 links by part of section 32, together with ce-tain dwellings erected thereon, being the property held by the said William Sinclair as Executor under the Will of the late Thomas Boyd Reesby, of Blenheim, but subject nevertheless to a .Deed of Mortgage held by William Ivonnington, of Kaituna Valley, Settler, for a sum of one hundred pounds, and any other encumbrances existing thereon. And that I intend to cause all the right, title and interest of the said William Sinclair as such Executor in the said land, to be sold by auction at the Court-house, Blenheim, on Saturday, the 21st day of January, 1888, at the hour of 12 noon, unless the debt and all costs shall have been previously paid.
