The much travelled It. S. Smythe has (says u London correspondent). I learn, failed in securing' E. Jenkins, of “ Gink’s Baby ” fame for a lecturing tour of Australia. Max O'Bell, who a few weeks ago, vehemently denied that ho intended extending his lecturing tour beyond America, has now, it appears, succumbed to Mr it. S. Symthe’s blandishments, and will proceed to Australia as soon as his engagement in the States is terminated.
