— Per Press Association. Christchurch. Jan 19. The Education Board this afternoon decided to diepenso with the services of the Principal of the Normal School and of the Drill Instructor. It was also decided to discontinue the expenditure of j £3OO per annum in connection with the } Normal School for art training-.
