Gifts to the German Army
THE SITUATION UNCERTAIN Per Electric Telegraph—Copyright Router’s Telegrams. Berlin, Dec 21. Tho usual presentation of Christmas gifts to the Hussar regiments was made to-day by His Highness Princo Wilhelm. Upon tho conclusion of the ceremony the Princo delivered an addross to tho troops, in which, alluding to tho present state of European affairs, lie said the times were gravo, and tho future uncertain.
