Per Electric Telegraph —Copyright Spocial to Press Association. London, Dec 19. A tin case has boon found containing a letter stating that the barque Helen, for Hobart, was sinking in tho Bay of Biscay. The Helen has not been spoken since she passed Portland. Later. Tho tin case thrown from tho sinking barque Helen, in tho Bay of Biscay, was washed ashore on tho Cornish Coast. The barque was commanded by Captain Boon. It is reported that forty members of the Clan-na-Gael Society are dogging Mr Chamberlain.
