Tho tin case thrown from tho sinking barque Helen, in tho Bay of Biscay, was washed ashore on tho Cornish Coast. The barque was commanded by Captain Boon. It is reported that forty members of the Clan-na-Gael Society are dogging Mr Chamberlain.
