Captain Burgess, of tho Colonial Union Company’s s tea instep Belcarresbrook, was summoned yesterday on a charge of having in f r : nged general harbor regulations on the Bth inst, by neglecting to assist tho pilot on duty, or the authorised officer, in his attempt to board the vessel, and was fined £1 and costs.
