An Educational Dispute.

At tho Educational Board to-day a rather pocu’iar caso was considered, _l.no Kaiwarawara School Committee, disapproving of tho action of the Board in retaining the master of the school until Christmas, after tho notice giving him to retire had expired, closed the school, refusing to allow the master to have charge. Tho Board instructed tho Chairman to institute legal proceedings if the Committee refuse to hand over tho key to the Board.
