DISCOVERT OF A FENIAN PLOT
M. GOBLET SENT FOR
BTBOIAL TO PREBB ASSOCIATION London, Dec 6. The Morning' Post publishes a statement to-day to the effect that an American Fenian plot has been frustrated which had for its object the murder or capture of the Marquis of Hartington during his visit to Dublin. M. Goblet has been summoned to form a Ministry, and it is expocted to include General Ferrons and M.M. Rouvier and Floutons.
