T Spi-'-oon (AucHand,; Vice-President, Rev A North (Dunedin). Executive Cornmiltee: Revs. C. Dallaston, H. H. Driver, L. Shackleford, J. btandring and Hon. T. Dick. It was decided that the next annual meeting be held at Christchurch.
