Orient and E.M.fk Ormuz liave been delivered at Melbourne this afternoon or in rather less than 28 days from the date of despatch from London. The Legislative Assembly has agreed to a vote of £5,1)22 towards the Imperial Institute, it being a Victorian (junta of that institution. In the Assembly last evening the Chief-secretary, Mr Deo lon, announced that he hag r-.-cciyod intelligence from Now Zealand of an outbreak of scab in sheep in the Marl boro ugh district.
