Baroness Seillicvo declares tliat her husband gave M. Wilson two million francs in order to obtain army contracts. The French press are making 1 incessant attacks on M. Wilson and President Q-rovy. ".Received Nov 18 at 10.30 p.m. Paris, Nov 17.
The Chamber of Deputies to-day unanimously granted leave to prosecute Mr Danial Wilson for his connection with tire recent war office scandals. The Prefect police liaae been dismissed from office.
