Dunedin, Nov It. Tho report of tho Mosgiel Woollen Factory Company shows that after making all due provision and writing oif £IOOO for depreciation, there is a profit of £2788. Tho direetors reeoinmend the payment of an eight per cent, div.dcnd and carrying forward £548.
