THE MOB RIOTING. GUARDS ASSISTING THE POLICE. Per Electric Telegraph—-Copyright reuter’s telegrams. London, Nov 13. In express defianco of Sir Charles Warren’s proclamation, forbidding the Socialist meetings at Trafalgar Square, a number of Radical Societies of London persisted in an attempt to hold a mooting this morning in that locality. In an encounter with the polico tho mob totally destroyed tho railings of tho Square but the police eventually cleared and oncirclod the square, and the attempts of the crowd ta-force thoir way back were frustrated. This afternoon further threatening demonstrations were rnado by the mob, and tho authorities were compelled to call out a body of Horse and Foot Guards to reinforce tho polico. Several arrests woro made, and tho crowds aro uow dispersing.
