THE CHARGE AGAINST SULLINAN

Tlio appeal made by tlio Crown against tlio decision of the Magistrate who dismissed the charge preferred against Mr Sulhvan, M.P., in the Dublin Police Court, was held to-day in the Exchequer division of the Irish High Court. The Justice, after hearing the arguments of both sides of the Court, granted the appeal. The presiding Bai'on, in delivering judgment, stated that the case against Mr Sui 1 Ivan must bo heard again, on the ground that the Polico Magistrate acted wrongly in dismissing the charge in the lower Court.
