Tho Ita’ian Green Book hag been published showing that Italy supported Prince Alexander ot Bulgaria in the recent crisis in that country and after his abdication favored a Regency. She deprecated the action of Russia in delaying the settlement of tho BuL garian difficulty. London, Nov. 25. Most of tho Powers have assented to the Russian proposal that Prince Nicholas, of Mingrilia shall bo appointed to the Throne of Bulgaria. The British Government have ex-t pressed a desire to cmsult the wishes of the Bulgarian people on the subject-. Sofia, Nov. 25. It is officially notified that the Russian subjects in Bulgaria wiil be protected by Germany, those in Roumelia by France.
