ATTEMPT ON THE CZAR’S LIFE.
THE CZAR KILLS HIS AIDE-DE-CAMP. BULGARIANS YIELDING TO RUSSIA, (Reuter’s Telegrams.) Received Oct 23 at 1.J5 a,m. Vienna, Oct 21. A rumor lias reached this city that an at empt has been made on the life o : the Czar of Russia It is reported that the Czir, fearia-r, without reasonable ground, that his aidde camp meditated atta'king him, killed the latter. Sofia, O.t 21General Kaulbirs, the Russian Agent in Bulgaria, has despached a note to the Bulgarian Government strongly complaining of the manner in which the Bulgarians who support Rurbian views are being maltreated and coerced by the supporters of the Regency, The combined pre sure of Russia and Turkey and the inaction of the ether Great Power* ii having a depressing effect on the Bulgarians who meditate yielding to Russian views.
