Hy. White was found guilty of larceny as a servant of jewellery belonging to Mr Dickinson, of Westport, and was sentenced to three years' hard labor. For indecent assault on chiidrea Herbert Hatchings, a traveller, pleaded guilty and was sehteneed to two years’ hard labor. Judge Richmond madeisome scathing Remarks as to this class of crime! Daniel Maloney, charged with horse, stealing, receive! two years, and Mary Brown for larceny from a dwelling received 18 months. There is only one other crimi* nal case to b« tried.
