No entry will ho received except on the condition that all disputes, claims, and objections arising out of the racing shall be decided by the Stewards, or whom they may appoint; their decision on all points connected with carrying out this programme to be final. Any person entering a protest shall deposit with the Secretary £2 2s, and this sum shall he absolutely forfeited to the Pelorus Jockey Club Fund if the Stewards find such protest was a frivolous ono. No person allowed to enter a horse for any race unless a subscriber of one guinea to the Race Fund. All Nominations to be accompanied byfees, name, age and description of horse, and colors of rider, must be in the hands of the Secretary not later than 8 p.m. on Wednesday, June 16th, IBS6. Weights will be declared on Monday, June 21st, and Acceptances close on Tuesday, June 20th, at S p.m. Three horses to start or no race. Any jockey riding except in the colors entered will be lined two pounds. Horses for the Pelorus Handicap to be at the post at 11 a.m, shorp.
