BY ELECTRIC TELEGRAPH—COPYRIGHT, [Reuter’s Telegrams.] London, May 7, In the House of Commons to-day Lord Edmund Fitzmaurice, Undersecretary for Foreign Adairs, stated that Colonel Ridgway still remained in charge of the Afghan Boundary Commission. The debate on the policy of the Government w r as commenced to-day, in accordance with arrangement, and was further postponed until Monday next. May 8. The death is announced of Earl Dudley, aged GB. Melbourne, May 8. The Governments of Victoria and South Australia have endorsed the circular sent out by Sir James Dailey, with regard to the joint responsibility of the colonies for injuries reflected by hoot’le oruisers, Sydney, May 8.
