New Advertisements. In the Warden’s Court of Wairau and Pelorus Mining District, in the Colony of New Zealand, holden at Havelock. Alfred Mills, for the Forks Sluicing Company, Complainant, and John Symons, Defendant. OTIC HI is hereby given that the Defendant in the above cause could not be found, and that copies of a summons requiring his attendance at the Warden’s Court, to be holden at Havelock, on the 31st day of August, 1882, to answer the following complaints, viz.,—(l,) That the defendant is the holder of the following registered rights: a water-race at Stringer’s Beach, Wakamarina, a tail race dam bank and reservoir, and an extended area, all situate at Dead Horse Terraco, Wakamarina; (2) That the said rights have been abandoned for more than the space of one calendar month; (3.) That the defendant is not a miner within the meaning of “ The Mines Act, 1877 have been left for such defendant at Stringer’s Beach and Dead Horse Terrace aforesaid, by posting a copy of the same in a conspicuous place in [and upon the said water-race, toil-race, dam-bank, and reservoir, and [extended area, on the 19th day of August, 1882, at the hour of 11 o’clock in the forenoon. JATOTICE is hereby given that the I\| Defendants in the above cause could not bo found, and that a copy of summons requiring their attendance at the Warden’s Court, to be holden at Havelock, on the thirty-first day of August, 1882, to answer a complaint, viz.,—“(l) That the Defendants are the registered proprietors of a Tailrace at Dead Horse Terrace, Wakamarina; (2) that the said tailrace has been abandoned for more than the space of one month ; (3) that the said Defendants are not miners within the meaning of “'The Mines Act, 1877,” has been left for such Defendants, at Dead Horse Terrace, by posting a copy of the same in a conspicious place in the said Tailrace, on the 19th day of August, 1882, at the hour of 2 o’clock in the afternoon. Alfred Mills, for Forks Sluicing Company, Complainant, and William Humphrey Harvey, Charles Thompson, Henry Lovell, and Joseph Brown, Defendants. ■'VT OTICE is hereby given that the Defendants in the above cause could not bo found, and that a copy of the summons requiring their attendance at the Warden’s Court to be holden at Havelock on the Thirty-first day of August, 1882, to answer the following Complaint, viz. : (1) That the defendants are the registered proprietors of a claim situate at Dead Horse, Wakamarina, by virtue of a certificate of amalgamation ; (2) That they have abandoned the said Claim more than the space of one calendar month; (3) That the Defendants Joseph Brown, Henry Lovell, and Charles Thompson, arc not Miners within the meaning of “ The Mines Act, 1877,” has been left for such Defendants at Dead Horse Terrace, Wakamarina, by posting a copy of the same in a|conspicuous place on the said claim on the 19th day of August, 1882, at the hour of 10 o’clock in the forenoon.
