PUTARURU REPORT Mr., Milton Morison reports a successful opening sale held in -Pioneer Buildings, Putaruru, on Saturday. The following are some prices realised:—Poultry, in demand: Turkey hens, 3s 6d to 4s; new potatoes, 4s 6d sugar bag; rhubarb, lots of 6, Is 6d to 2s; cabbages, lots of 3d, 9d to Is; horse collar, 21s; sideboard, £2; small table, 10s; new gent’s shoes, 10s to 12s pair; books and sundries tools sold well.
