Within the next few weeks about 150,000 store sheep will come from the East Coast to Waikato.. The majority of these will be marketed at Morrinsville.

Occasionally hole-in-one golf celebrations are rather overdone. For instance, a case is reported of a South African player who, holed his tee shot on a course near Johannesburg. When he reached the clubhouse he found the news had spread so quickly 'that 220 'friends were waiting to congratulate . him on the feat.
Mr. A. H. Grigg, who has been On the staff of Watts and Brayshaw, Ltd., Morrinsville,..for• the past 12 years, has resigned to : take' up an appointment in the hardware depart-, ment of the Farmers’ Auctioneering Co.; Ltd., Matamata. Mr. Grigg left Morrinsville during the week-end. Prior to his departure he was presented with a fountain pen by the staff of Watts and Brayshaw, Ltd.
