Johnson recalled listening to the address given by Mr. Fulton at Waitoa months ago after his return from Britain, and admiring the straightforward way in which Mr. Fulton v had given his opinion and stated . “I have known Mr. Dynes Fulton from boyhood,” said Cr. W. R. Lowry, “and he was one of the fin-
est men you could imagine. As Cr. Johnson has said, he was a typical John Bull. He was a kind man, and never considered what it Would cost himself as long as he could .assist; another man.” •• . ; , The chairman (Cr. W. C. Kennedy): We might not always have agreed with what Mr. Fulton did, but we know he always did what he thought right.
