DESTROYING NATURAL BEAUTY
“I found the young women of Australia were letting us down,” said Mr L. J. Greenberg, general secretary of the Wellington Y.M.C.A., at its annual meeting last week. “I found them pencilling their eyebrows, tinting their fingernails and otherwise apeing Hollywood, and doing other atrocious things which destroy the natural beauty of which they were so proud.”
