SPECIAL. ORDER Notice is hereby/ given that at a Special Meeting of the Matamata County Council, Held! on FRIDAY, the 13th DAY OK" JULY,' 1934, a resolution was passed by way of Special Order declaring that, as from Ist APRIL,' 198'5, / Sections 121 and 131 of the Counties* Act, 1920, shall not apply to the said Matamata County Council. . And that such resolution will be submitted for- confirmation at the Ordinary Meeting of the Council to be held on FRIDAY, the 17th DAY OF AUGUST, 1934, at 10.30 a.m M at the Council Chambers, Tirau. A copy of the proposed Special Order Is deposited for public inspection at the County Office, Tirau. Dated at Tirau this 14th day. of July > 1934 ' County Clerk.
