SPECIAL ORDER Notice is hereby given that at a Special Meeting of the Matamata County Council, held on FRIDAY, the 13th DAY, OF JULY, 1034, a resolution was passed by way of Special Order declaring that, as from Ist APRIL, 1935,: Sections 121 and 131 of the Counties’ Act, 1920, shall not apply to the said Matamata County Council. And that such resolution will be submitted for confirmation at the Ordinary Meeting of the Council to be held on FRIDAY, the 17th DAY OF AUGUST, 1934, at 10.30 a.m., at .the Council Chambers, Tirau.
