MATAMATA TOWN BOARD. Notice is hereby given that at a Special Meeting of the Matamata Town Board held on Monday, the 2&th day of January, 1931, a Resolution by way of Special Order was passed:— 1. Repealing Part VIII. (Clauses 1 to 7) of “ The Matamata Town Bylaws, 1925,” relating to the licensing of pedlars and hawkers, and itinerant traders. 2. Making a new By-law relating to the control and licensing of pedlars and hawkers, and itinerant traders, and fixing the fees to be paid upon the issue of such licenses. A copy of the resolution is deposited at the Office of the' Board, Arawa Street, Matamata, and may be inspected without fee during office hours. The resolution will be submitted for confirmation at the Ordinary Meeting of the Board to be held on Monday, the 23rd day of February, 1931, at 7.30 p.m., at the Town Board Chambers.
