Notice is hereby given that at a Special Meeting of the Matamata Town Board held on Monday, the 24th day of March, 1930, the following resolution was passed, and will be submitted for confirmation at the Ordinary Meeting of the Board to be held on Monday, the 28th day of April, 1930, at 7.30 p.m., at the Town Board Chambers: — “ Pursuant to the powers conferred on it by ‘ The Town Boards Act, 1908,’ and ‘ The Municipal Corporations Act, 1920,’ the Matamata Town Board hereby resolves by way of Special Order that part of Hetana Street in the Matamata Township be diminished in width by excluding from the said street all that parcel of land, rectangular m shape, bounded, commencing at a point in the boundary line between the Railway Reserve and Hetana Street distant 244 feet from the v North-eastern corner of the said Reserve, towards the West, by- the said boundary line 300 feet, towards the South by portion of Hetana Street 33 feet, towards the East by the other portion of Hetana Street 800 feet, and towards the North by the other portion of Hetana Street 33 feet.
