THE AGE OF RUBBER.
AN INTERESTING EXHIBIT. The extent of the uses to which rubber is now used is fully displayed in the comprehensive exhibit of the Para Rubber Company at this year’s Waikato Winter Show. The particular manufactures include motor covers, tyres, tubes (including Firestone Cord truck and . “ heavy _ service ” pneumatic truck tyres), which are recommended for long service and hard wear.- : There are solid tyres (including those for tractors) of all varieties included in the splendid array of rubber goods. Outdoor pursuits * are thoroughly catered for, especially now that the winter is with us. The stock of gum boots ‘is complete in quality of the highest grade. The famous “ Converse ” make—a red gum boot with a white sole, is a "line which .has withstood every test put upon it: Milking machiriry rubber ware of all descriptions it a feature which will particularly i 'Arest farmers of this district. This T of English manufacture and is undoubtedly the most durable on the market. Hot water bottles, garden hosing, gloves, sponges, etc., are among the items of rubber ware exhibited at the stand and also at the firm’s permanent warehouse at corner of Victoria and Bryce streets,* Hamilton. Motorists and others will derive a lot of information at the Para Rubber Company’s stand.*
